1. If I order a water cooler online for my home or office, do I need to be there to accept the delivery?
Yes. After ordering your water cooler online, we will install it in your home or office and show you exactly how it works. You can select a preferred date and time for delivery when placing your online order, and a Diamond Springs representative will call to arrange and confirm delivery.

2. Do I need to be home if I am just getting bottled water service or ordering cases of water?
If you are ordering water service for your home, it is not necessary to be there when your product is delivered. You will be able to select a specific location for delivery (ex. front porch, back deck, garage, etc.) and your route salesman will leave the product there. If you are going to receive regular deliveries, you can leave your empty bottles at the desired location and your route salesman will replace them. Your next scheduled delivery date is always printed on the bottom left corner of your delivery ticket.

3. Why am I being charged a bottle deposit? When will it be refunded?
On your initial delivery, there is a deposit charge for each bottle. After the initial delivery, there will be no additional deposit charges if the number of full bottles delivered and empty bottles returned is the same. If you receive more bottles than you return, you will be charged a deposit for the difference. If you return more bottles than you receive, your account will be CREDITED for the difference. If you discontinue service, your bottle deposits will be refunded.

4. Why am I charged 2 months rent initially?
On your initial order, the first two months are charged to establish service and a regular billing cycle. Delivery and set up is free.

5. What if I have my own water cooler?
If you own a water cooler, you can receive Diamond Springs Water Service. If you have not already purchased a cooler, why not buy a cooler from us? All of our water coolers come with a 3 year limited warranty, and we service and repair everything we sell. If you purchase a water cooler elsewhere and something goes wrong, it can be very expensive to repair the refrigeration unit. Buying a water cooler from Diamond Springs means buying a high quality product with warranty and service!

6. How many days will it take to receive my order?
You should receive delivery in 2-3 business days. Earlier delivery service can be arranged by calling our office.

7. If I am getting Water Service, how often will I receive my water and do I need to call when I need more?
Initially your delivery will be every two weeks. Your next delivery date will always be printed on the bottom left corner of your delivery ticket. If you need to change your delivery schedule, you can talk to the route salesman who delivers your water or you can call our office. Depending on your consumption, your service frequency will remain at every two weeks or it will be changed to once a month. If you ever run out before your next scheduled delivery, please contact our office and we will arrange a special delivery as soon as possible.

8. Why is a credit check required for water cooler service?
The credit check is used to determine eligibility for home delivery service. All information provided when opening an account is used solely for a credit review with a leading credit agency. All information is kept private and will never be released, disclosed or sold.

9. How will I be billed each month for my service?
Your credit card will be charged monthly for your water delivery (online customers only). You will receive a delivery ticket each month showing what you received and the amount to be billed to your credit card. To change payment options after your initial delivery, please call our office at 1-800-350-0525.
